Around 3 p.m. I wake up.
Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Butter and
Blackcurrant Jam. Orange Mango Juice. Zinc and Alfalfa.

I ride my bike to Fresh Market – getting lost in a trance
waiting in line, watching you walk out the door, admiring your step and your
exciting purple jacket – the cashier woman is analyzing me – oh ginger candy,
sweet and tangy, enveloping my teeth.
Thrift Store – checking out at the register – the friend of
a friend from Cox High School, he’s always working when I’m there and every
time he gives me a discount for no reason – a skinny Asian man behind me
waiting to check out his books including a complete encyclopedia on gnomes and
a book called Beautiful Virginia.
Streching. Yoga.
Watching a documentary on the history of gangs, Crips and
Bloods: Made in America (2008).
I get frustrated over an argument with somebody.
Lunch: Grilled Cheese with Tomato. Salt n Vinegar Chips.
Green Tea.
Band practice at the storage unit with Chris and Chad.
Elliott enlightens me with some car crash videos from NASCAR
while I eat dinner.
We continue entertaining ourselves with Youtube videos.
Dinner: Lemongrass Thai Noodles with Peppers and Onions.
Edamame Soybeans. Steamed Broccoli, Green Beans, and Snap Peas. Garlic Naan
Bread. Yuengling.
I finish watching Crips and Bloods: Made in America.
