DREAM: I’m a part of a gang shootout. Some gangster shoots me. I can feel the bullet wounds but somehow I can still breath. While lying on the ground I still find enough energy to shoot back and kill him. Switch to another scene. I’m flying and land in the middle of school courtyard, full of green vegetation—thick trees. There’s a walkway in the center. I jump into a pond off to the left—I realize I’m barefoot, as well as completely naked. After the shooting, the cops started looking for me. So I hide in the bushes and in the trees. I hop on top of the entrance into the building and squeeze down into the roofing. I notice a few others on top of another canopy across the way. The cops have flashlights and they’re searching the grounds. I’m certain they will find me here. But I am still safe.

Just after 5 p.m. I wake up.

Selling a mattress to a lady.

I’m always forced to listen to my roommate and his girlfriend fight. I hear yelling, accusations—it’s violent in all kinds of ways. Recently, I’ve noticed it almost become constructive. Slow progress? We’ll see. Their arguments are never logical though, just full of emotion and defense.

Running some errands—stopping by Big Lots and stocking up on things. Everything there is 20% off right now.

I sent out early bird alert emails to a group of people that needed the food. As soon as I get back home with everything, I notice a car is waiting on the street. It’s a mother and daughter. They help me bring the boxes and bags to the porch, then take what they need. They were very appreciative.

Not long after, a sweet black lady shows up. She wasn’t able to get anything the last two times. “I’m glad you’re here early. Take as much you want.” Her face is shining with gratefulness.

Dinner: Rosemary Chicken with Rice Pilaf. Broccoli and Sugar Snap Peas. Garlic Bread.
