Waking up at 11:38 a.m.
Instant Blueberry Oatmeal. Orange Juice.
All day shift at China Wok.
Plumcot.
Scrambled Eggs. Five Guys French Fries. Lemonade.
It’s one of those one-order-at-a-time kind of days. Arrive
at the restaurant. Grab the only order. Deliver. Return. Grab another order.
Deliver. Return. And another. It’s exhausting. And sometimes I go back to the
same neighborhood. Why can’t everybody’s appetites be synced? Usually this
happens during lunch and dinner periods but not today. People be eatin’ at all
hours.
Coconut Water.
My body is very sore. I can’t think of any other reason why
except from Friday night’s physical activities at Stephanie’s house. I’m
terribly tired.
The deliveries continue into the night. Light rain in the
air. I’m just ready for this day to end.
Off work and back home...finally.
Broccoli and Snow Peas with Rice and Almonds. Raspberry
Shock Top.
Downstairs with Anthony, Darren, and Calum – entertaining
ourselves with banter and videos online.
I receive a text from Margot in regards to last night,
“Sorry I got so upset last night. I saw you and emotions just came rushing
back. You were my first everything and it’s gonna take awhile before I don’t
see you as ‘mine’. I would like to see you and get lunch soon maybe?”
Cinnamon Toast Crunch.
Sleep 3 a.m.
