Waking shortly after 12:30 p.m.
Blueberry Bagel with Cream Cheese. Orange Juice.
Errands.
It's absolute hell on earth outside. This kind of heat makes people miserable, not peppy.
A bowl of cereal: Honey Bunches of Oats with Milk.
Shooting some hoops on the Lynnhaven Middle School courts. The gnats are plentiful.
Tilapia, Mushrooms, Onions, Carrots, and Potatoes.
Watching In Our Nature (2012).
Spending a few hours at the storage unit practicing music.
Back home.
Snacking on Popcorn and Peaches. Sipping on a Pomegranate Raspberry Michelob Beer.
Finishing the movie.
Sleep at some late hour.
