Watching Happy People: A Year in the Taiga (2010).
Lifting the dumbbells and stretching out.
On the basketball courts. I join a band of five other guys for a few games of 3-on-3. They're proficient enough to be a challenge, diverse enough, some little, some tall and husky. When practicing by myself I can make awkward shots and swish most any outside spot, but under pressure it's a different ball game. This is the kind of practice I need though. They're respectable though, not assholes like some street ballers can be.
Sweat saturates my whole body. I lie down on my back for a minute and take deep breaths. When I rise I discover the sweat stained the ground and formed a shape...
Back home.

Watching the documentary on the Taiga.
At the storage unit playing music – practicing a new song – learning a few new covers.
