Waking up at 11:15 a.m.


Wild Berry Clusters and Flakes with Almond Milk.


All day shift at China Wok.


It's one of those days where I'm driving non-stop. I don't even have enough time to finish the usual tasks like prepping the bags or bagging the fried noodles, nothing.


Egg Salad Sandwich. Tortilla Chips with Homemade Avocado Salsa. White Green Tea with Honey.


The clouds hide the previous day's sun. Rain. It rains like it hasn't rain in years. The rain only encourages this perpetual movement that I'm in behind the wheel. It's windy. It's cold. Nobody wants to leave their house. Just order takeout. I enjoy the touching piano jazz tunes coming through the radio. Some of the songs strike an emotional chord. This weather couldn't be any more appropriate.


Almond Peanut Butter Honey Granola Bars.


I can't complain because the tips are generous.


Off work and back home.

Mongolian Chicken with Vegetables and Rice.


Darren and James Graves are hanging around downstairs. After James asks me to reveal the progress I've made from working out I encourage us all to lift up our shirts and explore the difference between a belly slouched and a belly in good posture.
