Waking up at 12:21 p.m. Ana got up earlier to run errands and go jogging around the neighborhood. She made us breakfast: Pancakes made with Eggs, Banana, Oats, and an overkill of Vanilla Extract. I give her a hard time about the vanilla but we still enjoy them with a little Peanut Butter, Maple Syrup, and Fruit. Washing everything down with Coffee.
Ana ventures out into the woods with my guitar to be one with her natural habitat. Meanwhile, I catch up on writing and business.
Rehearsing a new cover song together in my room.
Making a simple lunch to share: Spinach and Kale Salad with Edamame, Chic Peas, Cranberries, Quinoa, Pita Bread, and Guacamole-Hummus.
Then, to Seatack Rec Center – Ana signs up and becomes a member that way we can meet up at any Rec Center we want. I mingle around in the gym playing a few pick-up games and some 21. There's a little girl roaming around with a basketball – she seems to handle herself real well – telling by the determination on her face she'll probably grow up to succeed in the game of basketball.
Apple.
Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Black Beans and a Baguette.
Watching Killing Them Softly (2012).
At the storage unit – stressing because just behind the wall are my unit neighbors who always happen to be there when I'm there moving stuff around and chitchatting – they are a very big distraction for me whenever I want some privacy to practice late at night. Luckily, I locate an empty storage unit down the way to play guitar and sing in – the emptiness gives the sound a nice natural reverb.
Milk Chocolate. Loose leaf Tea.
Sleep 4 a.m.
