I feel the oncoming of a mild scratch in my throat. I take precautions by sipping on Black Tea with Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar.

Peanut Butter Banana Sandwich. Kombucha Tea.
The tips are mediocre and I'm driving far distances. Nothing to be enthused about today.
