Waking up at 11:20 a.m.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Maca Powder, Blueberries, Chia Seeds, and Kefir. Pu-erh Tea.
Getting my sixth adjustment at the chiropractor – we accomplished an adjustment today that we couldn't seem to do in the prior visits.
My new Tuft & Needle mattress came in the mail today. Made out of polyurethane foam and is supposed to be medium firm. I grab two of the big crates we have stacked up on the back patio, clean them up, and use them as a bed frame. If I'm not satisfied after thirty nights then I can return it with a full refund.
Scrambled Eggs. Homemade Banana Oat Almond Biscuits with Peanut Butter and Jam. Olive Oil Potato Chips. Orange Juice.
Teaching a voice lesson to one of my handicapped students. I work her hard on controlling her breath and pitch.
Meeting up with Elliott at his place to learn bass parts to You're Jovian songs. Corona patiently waits on the bed for us to be done so we can play with her.
Sesame Cashew Butter and Date Bar.
Doing a quick run on the treadmill at the Seatack Rec.
Meeting up with Ana at Field Guide for dinner. We love our Field Guide and we basically order the same thing we got last time – creatures of habit I guess.
Back at her place sitting side by side on the piano bench wailing our vocal cords to piano chords – trying to get a good take of Rocking Around the Christmas Tree while her little brother hoots and curses in his bedroom over a video game. We're having a good time despite our frustration in searching for the best performance. I love being around her and being creative.
Back at my house. Settling in. Sipping on Orange Juice. Sleep 3 a.m.
