Waking up at 11 a.m.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maca Powder, Maple Syrup, Strawberries, Chia Seeds, and Greek Yogurt. Coffee with Cream and Honey.
Another chiropractor visit.
Getting groceries.
Lesson prepping.
Peanut Butter Jelly Time with Kevin. Grilled PB&J. Potato Chips. White Green Tea.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
Then straight to the Rec for adult basketball. There's no warming up cause I arrive just in time. First couple games my shots and ball handling are rough. But after the third and fourth I shine. I manage to score six jumpers and one hook in a single game.
Back home. Cooking dinner for Ana and I: Mustard Maple Garlic Salmon with Broccoli, Carrots, Onions, and Brown Jasmine Rice.
General chores: making almond milk – doing laundry.
Discussing life management and time management issues with Ana in the bedroom – we both struggle to find the time to get things done.
