Irish Oatmeal with Strawberries, Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Chia Seeds, and Kefir. Teeccino.
Teaching a couple piano lessons at Music Makers.
Organizing.
Scrambled Eggs. Plain Bagel with Naan Bread. Sweet Potato Chips. Honey Green Tea. Plum.

Practicing.
Running on the treadmill at The Escape.
Leftover Beans with Rice and a Red Cabbage Salad.
Will and Zoe hop into my car and I drive us to Norfolk for a rock show at Work Release. Mas Y Mas, Jacques Le Coque, and The Seeers are on the bill. Despite the low head count we have a good old-fashioned time. While the beginning winds and rain from Hurricane Joaquin rages outside the rock and punk rages inside. I feel bad for Elliott cause he spilt gasoline somehow in his car and the fumes make the inside of his car un-breathable. His drumming with Seeers is spot on though.
Back home. Socializing at the table with Will, Zoe, and Ana. Sharing Pumpkin Mochi Ice Cream. Will and Zoe just started hanging out recently – they're being flirty and playful with each other while Ana uses a black marker to draw designs on the pineapples waiting to ripen.
