Waking up around 10:30 a.m. next to Ana in my bed. We try to have sex but her body's just not ready yet.
Greek Yogurt with Strawberries. Yerba Mate Tea.
Teaching a few lessons at Music Makers.
When I arrive home for lunch Ana is wearing her workout clothes. I approach her and say, "Do you know how pretty you are?"
"No," she says with a smile.
"Does anyone ever tell you how pretty you are?"
"I have to tell myself sometimes."
"Well I'm telling you now."
"Give me a kiss," she requests as she leans into my chest with her head tilted back gazing at me longingly and sweetly.
Grilled PB&J. Fuji Apple. Honey Green Tea. Potato Lentil Curls.

Back home.
Leftover Mushroom Pizza and Salad. Gummy Bears.
Ladada band rehearsal at the storage unit off Tidewater with Josiah and Bobby.
Back home. Sipping on ACV and Elderberry Drink.
