At the Rec working out – continuing my vertical jump regimen – feeling real good.

Ana's not feeling good at all today – she claims to be feverish and achy. I propose making tea for her.
"I would like some tea but I have to pee," she says.
Me: "That rhymes, Ana!"
For dinner: Vegetable Pad Thai with Vegetables, Eggs, and Brown Rice.
At the music space rehearsing a new song with DEJA: Foreplay/ Long Time by Boston. It's got a speedy triplet progression in the beginning that shines the spotlight on me. I don't feel competent yet on the parts and yet the boys are pushing to play it at the gig this Saturday. I admire their ambition.
