Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Raisins, and Kefir. Yerba Mate Tea.
At the Rec working out the lower body. Getting into a couple unplanned pick-up games of 2-on-2 at the end.
Vega Protein Drink. Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Non-Dairy Cream Cheese. Potato Chips. Oolong Tea.
Watching In the Heart of the Sea (2015).
Teaching lessons at Music Makers. Sometimes when you have a student who doesn't cooperate you just need to teach them how to make authentic fart noises with their hands. Then, they'll be interested in doing those parallel motion scales with both hands.
Back home.
Dinner: Tempeh and Quinoa with Roasted Beets, Romanesco, and Onions.
After pulling out the sizzling pan of roasted vegetables Ana's eyes light up.
"I wanna eat a beet!" she declares, implying that she's about to grab one right off the pan.
"No! You're gonna wait till it's on your plate!" I tell her without realizing how we both just rhymed.

Beating Super Mario Bros 2. The game is actually pretty difficult. Turns out it was all a dream Mario was having.
