Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Raisins, and Kefir. Yerba Mate Tea.
Ana appears in my room with nothing but her fox blanket on.
"I have a sore in my mouth," she says.
"A dinosaur?!" I ask.

I ask her to come closer to my computer chair. She props herself on top of me and we enjoy a little afternoon delight.

Doing extensive research on re-mineralizing your teeth naturally in your diet. Lowering the phytic acid content in foods is something I'm already aware of but needed a reminder of in order to maintain a healthy supply of minerals in my system.
