Waking up at 10:30 a.m. Had a much better night's sleep compared to last night. My hand starts throbbing as soon as I rise from the bed.
Eating Ana's Homemade Granola Bars with an Orange and Green Tea.
Teaching a lesson at Music Makers.

Scrambled Eggs, Toast with Butter, Spinach, Corn Tortilla Chips with Avocado and Tomato, and Oolong Tea.

Ana comes home looking fresh with makeup a friend gave her. She sings me a song or two. While listening I hear the beauty in her voice.
"You really need to perform more," I tell her.
Fortunately, there's an open mic at Fairgrounds tonight. I encourage her to go.
Snacking on some Banana Chocolate Muffins Ana just baked.
Attending the Thursday poker nights in Lynnhaven. Every week I come I seem to get closer to the end. I endure to the final table but my hands just aren't good enough to survive past 7th place. But I did walk away with a win at Cee-lo.
Back home. Enjoying a hefty Salad with Quinoa and Dried Mango.
