Steel Cut Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Guayusa Tea.
Playing adult basketball at the Rec. I prove myself worthy of attention today.
Tuna Salad Sandwich with Cucumber. Olive Oil Potato Chips with Avocado. Honey Green Tea.
Teaching in-home lessons.
Then straight to the DEJA gig on the in-between stage at Mahi’s and Chix. It’s been a long while since the last gig so we’re a little rusty on some tunes.
Enjoying a slice of Pizza and a Stella on the break.
Back home.
