Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Guayusa Tea.
At Music Makers with Ana. While she practices drums I work on some business.
Banana.
Toasted PB&J. Potato Lentil Curls. Honey Green Tea.
Back at the store teaching lessons all day.
Salad and a couple slices of leftover Pizza from Cal’z.
No Ladada rehearsal tonight so I decide to use the opportunity to attend the Thursday poker nights. Mike Gombas is here along with all the other dudes I only know from these gatherings. I actually do well throughout the night. Pocket 6’s are three times a charm win for me – Trip 6’s actually on every hand. I use the smarts I’ve accumulated over the past few years and manage to make it to the final three. Mike walks out in third place. And it’s Rob versus Rob. When it gets down to two it’s pretty much the luck of the draw. I walk out in second place and with an extra $80 in my pocket. I’m feeling good.
Back home. Enjoying some snacks with Ana. Black Beans and Rice. White Peach.
