Visiting with Ana in her room. She’s heavy with complaints about her job, her life, and hearing issues. She sits in her computer chair, knees up, with her teal bath towel wrapped around her hair and cries. It’s a real struggle for her to pretend to be a different person, which can sometimes be required at work. The social stimulation with the customers can be overwhelming, something I do understand.
