Waking up at 10:30 a.m.


Steel Cut Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Irish Breakfast Tea.


Basketball at the Rec. My warm-up shots were on point but in the game was an opposite story.


Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Vegan Cream Cheese. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Coffee. Pineapple.
