Waking up at 10:30 a.m.
Irish Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Kefir. Guayusa Tea.
First day of the spring session of Music Makers LIVE. Missing a few people but we make do and have very productive rehearsals. Rob Moore and Drew help out with the coaching.
Lunch break: PB&J with Plantain Chips and Oolong Tea.
More MMLIVE rehearsal until 6:30.
Ana and I head straight to Norfolk. Stopping at a Middle Eastern style food place. Falafel Pitas filled with such goodness and Fries.
Over at Charlie’s attending the big psych rock show. Playing with Ladada alongside other amazing bands like Snake Mountain Revival (with their live visual projection artist), and out of towners Acid Dad and Moonwalks. Sipping on beers and enjoying the classic Charlie’s atmosphere.
Back home.
Chamomile Tea.
