Waking up at 11 a.m.


Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.


Catching up on business and errands – taking the recycle, getting groceries, stuff at Target, etc.


Scrambled Eggs. Sourdough Toast with Butter and Jam. Potato Chips. Coffee.

Back home. Ana made a wonderfully nutritious dinner for all: Lentils, Kale, Tomato Soup with Quinoa and homemade Dinner Rolls.
