Waking up at 11:18 a.m.


Bowl of Oat Flakes with Granola, Banana, and Almond Milk.


Ana and I go on a super errand run in Hilltop. Stopping basically everywhere for groceries and thrifting.

Profound quote of the day from Ana: “You can’t change what’s on the outside but you can curate what’s on the inside.”


Grilled PB&J Sesame Bagel. Corn Tortilla Chips. Cucumber. Tomatoes. Coffee.


Teaching lessons at Music Makers. It’s a hectic day as usual.


Back home. Mom helps make dinner: Chicken with Onions, Peppers, Kale, Carrots, and Couscous.


Practicing tunes with Ana at the studio. And I didn’t yell at her this time. We have a “smooth and easy” rehearsal and actually do more than two songs.
