At CrossFit TakeOver for my second one on one training session. This time it’s with Carli cause Hannah is out of town. We go over proper form on various squat exercises and do an 8 minute workout at the end. It’s an AMRAP, which means as many reps as possible. I feel exhausted after – not used to the intensity.
