Back home. Smoked Salmon Sandwich with Mustard, Vegan Cream Cheese, and Tomato. Papaya and Oranges. Brown Rice Green Tea.

Catching up on business and such. Chores.

Making dinner: Brown Rice Quinoa Spaghetti Noodles with Tomato Sauce, Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers, and Spinach Salad. Enjoying some Red Wine, something I don’t always drink.
