Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Maple Syrup, and Almond Milk. Irish Breakfast Tea.
At the Rec for basketball. At some point during a game I collide with another player in an awkward way that it sprains my neck – I can even hear the cracking sound in the way it would happen at a chiropractor.

Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Vegan Cream Cheese and Poppy Seeds. Salt n Vinegar Chips. Coffee.
