Waking up at 11:30 a.m.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Maple Syrup, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.
Ana and I hit the gym. I get caught up in 3-on-3 basketball playing 3 games in a row. My game is turned up – knocking down 3-pointers right and left. 2-1 series win!
Scrambled Eggs. Salt n Vinegar Chips with Avocado. Toast with Butter and Jam. Coffee.
Watching another episode of Stranger Things 3 (2019) with the family.
Catching up on business.
Ana and I load up the car with my bass rig and drive to Toast in Norfolk for the LavaFest. Ladada is sort of headlining alongside Broken Beaches, Berries, Allison Blue, and Raise Hell Over the Summer. They’ve got a big tent set up on the other side of the annex this time. Popping out those pink tickets and sipping on Smartmouth Beers. Enjoying a Vegan Sausage with all the fixins’. For some reason the power keeps cutting in and out of the Berries set but eventually it stays on. Feeling good about our set. The energy is high on the stage. Bobby mentions some kind of spiritual moment during one of the songs. Jonnie powers through from feeling super sick. Overall, it was a magical time.
Afterwards, chit-chatting with all the band mates and friends.
Ana and I arrive home after midnight.

Sleep at some point early for a change.
