Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. Irish Breakfast Tea.
I decide to hit the gym for a solo workout since I missed yesterday’s. I focus on chest, triceps, and legs.
Lentil Wrap with Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, and Beets. Coffee.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
After work, having a Broadway recap/planning meeting with Rebecca, Carol, Addy, and Jordan. I ordered some Pizza for us all to share.
Back home. Catching up on business and chores. Green Tea.
Grapefruit.
