Waking up around 11:30 a.m.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.
Helping Ana drop off her car. Then we go to the gym together. I wear myself out on the weights while Ana does cardio on the treadmill.
Banana.
Scrambled Eggs. Spinach. Toast with Butter and Jam. Chips. Coffee.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers – it’s a pretty busy day.
Back home. Warming up some dinner.
