Waking up around 11 a.m.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. Irish Breakfast Tea.
Workout at the gym – running and lifting weights.
Banana.
Scrambled Eggs. Toast with Butter and Jam. Salt n Vinegar Chips. Coffee.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
Back home. Ana and I collaborate on dinner: Salmon with Potatoes, Zucchini, and French Onion Soup. The vegetables didn’t cook like we wanted in the air fryer – we’re still getting used to it.
Ana starts her “staycation” and doesn’t waste a single minute clearing out her closet – she plans to completely clean and re-organize her room during this time.
Meanwhile, I do some tax stuff and play DOOM.
