Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. Irish Breakfast Tea.
Before I head out Ana and I have a moment of embrace – she sheds a few tears and apologizes about last night.
Working out at the gym.

Egg Sandwich with Tomato, Spinach, and Avocado. Salt n Vinegar Chips. Coffee.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
Fulfilling my duties as half therapist/counselor today for some students. A lot of them are really struggling out there – searching for comfort and an identity.
Getting groceries.
Back home. Leftovers for dinner: Red Bean and Veggie Soup with Brown Rice/Quinoa, Baby Broccoli, and Sardines.
Finishing the Sons of Sam documentary.
Chores and cleaning up the kitchen.
Pineapple and Greek Yogurt.
