Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.
Catching up on business – running errands – buying gift cards for people.
Eggs. Crumpets. Spinach. Chips. Coffee.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
Afterwards, helping with the Modern Day Warrior band practice – they’re really jamming tonight in preparation for a big gig coming up.
Back home. I cook a quick and easy dinner: Japanese Style Fried Rice with Peas and leftover Veggies.
Ana and I share some bowls while watching some of the Get Back documentary.
