Waking up around 11:45 a.m.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.
At the Rec Center this time – doing some basic ab and cardio on the row machine then shooting some basketball around.
Eggs. Bagel. Spinach. Chips. Coffee.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers – running errands.
Chicken Pad Thai for dinner.
ELO rehearsal – still running through the set and helping Chidori get acclimated to the songs.
Back home. Catching up on business and things over Green Tea.
Pineapple and a Protein Drink.
More business – cleaning up the kitchen.
