Waking up really late – it’s almost 2 p.m.! That melatonin in the sports drink really knocked me out.

 

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.

 

The snow apocalypse came through the night and it’s officially a snow day! Most of the main roads are clear so it’s easy to drive. I head to the gym but discover they’re closed. Instead, I hang out at the Music Makers 104 space and do a conditioning workout.

Banana.

 

Back home.

Eggs. Toast. Spinach. Pineapple. Chips. Coffee.

At the computer taking care of all kinds of stuff.

 

Late night dinner leftovers: Salmon, Beans, Quinoa, and a Salad.

 

Later on at the studio figuring out how to rig this vocoder and general cleaning.
