Waking up around 12:30 p.m.

 

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.

 

Catching up on business.

 

At the studio watering the plants and working out. I do that 400 challenge again where I have to do 100 sit-ups, 100 pushups, 100 squats, and 100 inverted rows in under 17 minutes. I do it in 13:22!

 

Hard Boiled Eggs. PB&J English Muffin. Vegan Breakfast Sausage. Coffee.

Watching Ozark.

 

Running errands.

 

Making dinner for Ana and I: Tofu Rice/Quinoa Bowls with Spinach, Beets, Carrots, Sprouts, and Vegetable Gyoza.

 

Taking the first steps to doing the business taxes – it’s going to be a process like it usually is.

 

At the studio organizing some things and practicing drums.
