Waking up around 12:30 p.m.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Chia Seeds, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.
Catching up on things.
At the Rec doing some light workout and burning cardio playing a few games of pickup basketball.
Eggs. English Muffin. Spinach. Coffee. Pineapple.
Catching up on business.
Chores.
Cooking dinner for Ana and I: Heart Shaped Pasta with Tomato Sauce, Mushrooms, Onions, Baby Broccoli, Carrots, and a French Baguette.

Running late night errands together – taking out the recycle.
Later on, I’m at the studio rearranging some things and cutting these boards to go behind these music holders – cleaning up.
