Waking up around 11:45 a.m.
Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Strawberries, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.
Ana and I go to the Rec together – I work out some upper body while she runs on the treadmill.
Protein Drink.
Eggs. Spinach and Tomato Salad. PB&J English Muffin. Coffee. Chips.
Catching up on business.

Chicken Pad Thai with Baby Broccoli.
ELO rehearsal.
Back home. Catching up on dishes – oddly I’m doing them in the guest bathroom sink cause our kitchen sink is has a clog.
