Waking up super late around 12:30 p.m.

 

Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.

 

Taking care of chores around the house.

 

Business.

 

Eggs. Spinach. Sweet Potato. English Muffin. Coffee.

 

Cleaning the hallway bathroom sink and reorganizing it.

 

At the studio organizing the lobby area.

 

Picking up Wes in the truck and driving out to South Norfolk – Ladada is playing at The Riffhouse for the first time. What a dive this place is – a husband and wife run venue. Second hand smoke runs free –band stickers plastered everywhere – the vibe here is actually everything I’d hoped it would be. Ana’s performing solo as Grass Maiden along with John Saturley of Zack Mexico and Obscure Son. A lot of our friends are here hanging out.

Good time with everyone – having a great conversation with John about how as an audience member you can either be a participant or a spectator and the psychology of synchronized energy on the stage.
