Oatmeal with Cinnamon, Blueberries, Flax Seed, and Almond Milk. English Breakfast Tea.

 

At the gym working out.

Banana.

 

Eggs. Spinach. English Muffin. Coffee.

 

Teaching lessons at Music Makers.

 

Dinner: Salmon, Tomatoes, Parm, Broccoli, Quinoa, and Bread.

Doing chores – cleaning dishes – laundry.
