Waking up around 11 a.m. Really trying to get into this habit of awakening earlier.
Cereal. Tea.
At the Rec center exercising on the treadmill then playing a game of pick-up basketball.
Eggs. Spinach. Bagel. Coffee.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
Protein Shake.
At the Berries practice space rehearing New Division songs.
Dinner: Black Beans, Green Beans, Quinoa, and Salad.
Watching Outer Range (2022).
Doing chores and catching up on business.
