At Music Makers teaching lessons.
Grabbing groceries at Kroger – Rebecca happens to be here – I help her locate a broth that happens to not have onions in it. Then, to Whole Foods. It feels good to be able to buy my own groceries and eat my own food.
Protein Shake.
Doing chores.
Dinner: Salmon, Lentils, Quinoa, Bok Choy, Carrots, and Onions.
Watching The Last of Us.
Chocolate and Green Tea.
