At the Rec working upper body then shooting hoops.

Eggs. English Muffin. Tempeh Bacon. Spinach. Coffee.
Teaching lessons at Music Makers.
Meeting Danny and his band mates at the warehouse to show him the room again and talk about potential renting. Later on, Mike and I work on some stuff and I clean out the office room – organizing more.
Black Beans, Kale, Carrots, Rice, Tuna, and Garlic Bread.
